Important Safety Information
The BLU-U light alone is FDA cleared for light alone treatment of moderate inflammatory acne. The BLU-U® Blue Light Photodynamic Therapy Illuminator, in combination with the Levulan® Kerastick® for Topical Solution, 20% is indicated for the treatment of minimally to moderately thick actinic keratoses of the face or scalp. Do not use this device with other photosensitizing drugs. Refer to the Levulan® Kerastick® for Topical Solution, 20% Package Physician Insert for additional information.
When using the BLU-U® for acne, do not use this device with photosensitizing drugs.
