Inside Sales Representative
Provide telephone support to Sales nationwide; the position focuses on outbound sales campaigns, including but not limited to, lead qualification and customer retention. Collaborate with and support field sales personnel with regard to product offerings. Work closely with sales and customer service to build business relationships and enhance customer satisfaction. Attend trade shows and conferences as required.
BS degree with 2-4 years of inside sales experience required, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment. Demonstrated proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office and Great Plains software. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
15% domestic travel required.
Hours: M-F 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. EST
